While running the mind can focus on so many different ways to run. In an effort to develop mindfulness, I explored a technique of focusing on the experience of pulling with the breath and the body while running.

Training one day at a time
A training log preparing for the Chilly 1/2 Marathon and an appreciation for grass when my feet are still recovering from my long run. Mindful running seems a fair bit easier to practice on trails and grass due to the forced extra awareness of each step taken on uneven terrain.
